I’m a creative strategist and brand systems leader with 20 years of experience, including 12 years building the creative function at iDesign from the ground up.

My work spans brand strategy, creative systems, and organizational design. I define how a company shows up visually and narratively across every channel, then build the frameworks, teams, and workflows that make that direction real and repeatable.

Over my career, I’ve led brand strategy, directed creative for enterprise and institutional clients, and facilitated alignment with executive stakeholders on decisions that connect design to business outcomes. I’ve shaped RFP responses and pitch strategy, guided partner brands through identity and messaging decisions, and translated complex organizational goals into clear creative direction.

What I’m most focused on right now is the strategic opportunity inside AI. Not as a way to cut corners, but as infrastructure. I’ve built AI-powered brand systems that extend what a lean creative team can produce, led my division’s AI adoption strategy, and designed workflows that free the team up for higher-judgment work. The creative leaders who understand this operationally, not just conceptually, will define what great work looks like over the next decade.
